Assembled over eleven years, this is the full 1999 Base Set Unlimited holographic run — every card graded, with the Charizard at PSA 9 and eleven of the sixteen at PSA 9 or better. Each slab was photographed with its cert number and cross-checked against the PSA registry by a reviewer. The collection lives in a graded-card vault in Delaware, and the issuer states that fraction holders would vote on any future sale above the reserve price. Holder votes are not implemented in the protocol.
